Paula Ryan
Paula has been fitting ski boots for nearly 10 years. The passion began at Pro-Fit Ski & Mountain Sports in Leesburg, Virginia with one of America's Best Bootfitters, Brian Deely, who taught her the ins and outs of race bootfitting for athletes of all ages. This is where she learned her primary philosophy, to get the closest fit possible with correct alignment, and then accommodate for each individual's unique situation. This contributes to better longevity and efficiency, not to mention comfort even when the boot is packed out.
Larry's Bootfitting
When she moved to Colorado in 2018, she began working with Larry, whose reputation was known even in VA. She began building relationships with the locals and reinforced her original training with his perspective.
Epic Mountain Gear
To advance her career, she became lead of alpine at Epic, expanding her understanding of the ski industry as a whole, management, and growing even more customer relationships. Today she's taking what she knows and making a 6 year dream into reality.
ANGLES SPORTS
You can find Paula at Angles Sports Ski, Board, and Fly Shop now. Front Range Fitter and Angles began collaborating this year and are excited to offer a wide range of ski services at one location. Angles is open 10-7 Tuesday-Saturday, and 11-5 Sunday. Front Range Fitter is by appointment from 10-7 on Wednesday.
